Eric Jandacek, hailing from the South Side of Chicago, got his first guitar when he was 13 after begging his dad for countless years. Growing up in a household that worshiped legends like Eric Clapton, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, and Led Zeppelin, it was only natural to explore the world of rock n' roll through self-teaching. Throughout his teens and early twenties, he would play with whoever asked, ranging from country to metal, from gigs at dive bars with 20 people to touring concerts. It wasn't until Eric and Ric met to form an eclectic cover band that they realized there was potential for the blues-rock genre in the Chicagoland area and the rest is history.
Ryan Erdmann is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist from the Chicago area. Ryan has played in several bands in the past 10+ years, spanning genres and instruments. Ryan has played lead vocals, guitar, bass, drums, piano, synthesizer, bagpipes and more for over a decade. Classically trained in music theory and percussion in school, he is apt in writing, recording, and performing music. His most recent work was with the Alternative Rock bands “The Island Dwellers” and “Never Better” prior to joining "Mostly Mayer".
Nicky Erdmann is a student at DePaul University studying computer science. He has been playing drums since he was 6 and has played at many venues in the Chicago area. He has also been involved in various types of music including rock, jazz, and even traditional highland (bagpipe music). In his free time he enjoys watching soccer and hockey as well as playing video games.
Ric has played with numerous groups over the years including performances with Bryan Lubeck, John Angotti, Double Take, Old But Not Dead, See Dick Rock Just for Kixx, The Remedy, Ric & The Opals and Hinge. He has also performed on variety recordings and made numerous guest appearances with some very talented world class musicians. Ric’s approach to the bass is melodic and centered with a deep pocket. Ric is influenced by bass players such as Pino Palladino, Victor Wooten, James Jamerson, Geddy Lee and Billy Sheehan.
